The Bellows Expansion Joint (also known as Metal Bellows Pipe Expansion Joint) is a core thermal compensation and vibration damping component in pipeline systems. Its main structure consists of stainless steel bellows, flanges, and limit tie rods.
It is primarily used to compensate for axial, lateral, and angular deformations in pipelines caused by thermal expansion/contraction, mechanical displacement, and foundation settlement. Additionally, it absorbs vibrations and noise generated by industrial equipment, preventing pipeline rupture due to stress concentration. It is a critical safety component for high-temperature, high-pressure, and complex operating conditions.
